This system was developed by Juliu Horvath and as the name implies, the movements are three-dimensional, circulatory and flowing promoting a supple and strong spine.

Juliu was inspired by elements of Tai Chi, Chi gong, Dance, Gymnastics and Yoga. It is a full, balanced work-out guaranteed with its emphasis on the breath and rhythmic movements to leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.

All this is accomplished using a machine which was built around the human body enhancing freer movement, coordination, strength and flexibility. Unlike other exercise machines which encourage linear movements, this system emphasises spherical awarenenss and multiple joint articulations without compression. It also strengthens the nervous system.

It is beneficial for all ages - children who need to develop physical awareness, dexterity and coordination, to adults who need to maximise their range of movement and increase their vitality and vigour.
